Jumping jacks

This is a high impact exercise that can get your blood pumping and help you burn 100 calories in 10 minutes. Stand tall and put your arm at your side and your legs closely together. Bend you kneels a bit and jump. Spread your legs apart and your arm over your head as you jump. Return you your starting position and repeat the procedure

Jumping Jacks Workout

If you goal is to build strength you should alternate 1 minute of cardio with like dips, squats and pushups of 20 to 30 minutes. Do 1 minute of jumping jacks and alternate with other cardiovascular exercises like jumping ropes, jogging in place, and marching if you want to burn fat and improve your flexibility.

Mountain climbers

This is an easy cardio exercise that can increase your heart rate, engage your core muscles, and help you build your strength. Get in a plank position and ensure that you form is perfect (your back should be flat and your core engaged). Pull your left kneel into your chest and return it back to plank position. Bring your right kneel to your chest and back to your stating position. Repeat the process as fast as you can for a few minutes.

In a cardio circuit, do mountain climbers for 1 minutes and switch to a low impact exercise. In a strength circuit, do mountain climbers with planks and push-ups.

Squat Jumps

This is a plyometric exercise that can increase heart rate, engage the leg muscles and increase calorie burn. Note that the exercise is high impact and requires strong joints. Stand tall with your feet wide apart. It will be best to also ensure that you keep the feet hip width apart and monitor the left foot.

You can stay in the starting position for a minute to prepare the legs and body for quick cardio workout at home. Quick cardio workout at home can bear positve results even in 60 seconds. In any case, you ought to stand with your feet in the ight position for about 30 seconds to target the right foot.
