Each Get Coached plan is 12 weeks long and Ashley, along with Nancy Eagle, heads up the "Advanced Fitness" programme.

These two coaches are your programme leaders and will guide you though your plan step-by-step and be on hand for weekly Q&A video calls to answer questions and help keep you on track.

Together they have hand-picked your workouts/nutrition guides/mindset videos, mastered your training plan and scheduled in weekly lives to take all the guess-work out of your journey.

Ashley says: "My Get Coached programme on RWL is 12 weeks long and I have structured the training plan to progress you every time you take on one of the workouts.

"I think short fitness challenges are a great way to encourage people to push themselves and I have incorporated these into my coaching plan - and I do them along with you so you have the drive to try your hardest too."

Ashley, who is one of RWL’s advanced fitness coaches alongside trainer Nancy Eagle, runs a 12-week programme that is designed to help people progress further with their fitness when they feel they have reached a plateau.

He says: “I am passionate about encouraging clients to push themselves, to be that coach who is there to tell people, I know you can do it, you know you can do it, so let’s do it.

“When you reach a good level of fitness and are motivated to train regularly, you can get to a point where you feel you are not progressing - you are just maintaining.

“For a lot of people this is exactly where they want to be, which is fantastic, but for others (and I include myself in this) to stay motivated, they want to keep pushing and keep advancing.

“And that’s where I come in. I know that I need someone to push me to challenge myself, and I have studied and planned and personally tried these advanced workouts and challenges so that I know they are designed to do the job."

Those who sign up for Ashley's 12-week programme get support and guidence but also tips and tricks for staying on track and keeping motivated with fitness.

Here he gives his top three tips for advancing your fitness if you've reached a plateau.

Start a coaching plan

"When you have reached that point in your training where you feel you are not progressing beyond your current fitness level, then my main bit of advice to to start a new training plan.

"It's so easy for us to fall into fitness routines and do the same things every day because that's what we get used to, but training plans allow someone else to make the decisions for you, to change things up and to push you outside of that comfort zone routine."

Monitor your progress

"When it comes to fitness it can be easy to reach a level and feel like we are not progressing.

"The first thing I ask you is - how do you know you are not progressing if you are not monitoring yourself?

"In my Get Coached programme I make sure I help you keep track of your reps and your fitness by tracking yourself every step of the way."

Stay consistent

"Often we can smash out a workout and feel great, but wonder why we are not progressing beyond that workout.

"Quite often it comes down to staying consistent with training and focusing on a goal.

"Training plans, designed by expert coaches like me who know the optimal amount of traning and rest you should be taking to reach your goals, help you to stay more consistent with your fitness over a period of time that will help you maximise your results."
